A: A spot of dust no affect for using, but a mass of dust will lead to the difficulty of reading, the fingerprint image. If that, user should clear the dust with one side rubberized fabric.

Q: there is some grime on my scan; will it have a obvious disadvantageous affection for using?
A: After a long-term using, the leftover excreted by sweat left on the scan, that’s the source of grime. Please use the soft cloth with little amino cleaner to wipe the scan; never dump age the amino cleaner on the scanner.

Q: If the scan glass accidentally be lacerated or have some grime no way to rehab, the scan can normally work? If not, what can I do for that?
A: when the scan glass is lacerated or attainted, the device identification ability will debase, no way to rehab it.

Q: what should I do for glass if it can’t rehab?
