Q: There is no data in server log, isn’t it?
A: (1) Whether or not Identification terminal setup the device IP as background Validation Server address after setup, make sure to restart Identification terminal
(2) Whether or not close “UDP” in system setup/transaction record.
(3) Whether or not install firewall and prohibit UDP port (4371)
(4) Whether or not start two Identification server program.
(5) Check whether the internet normal or not, check whether or not Identification terminal interface lamp normal; Ping Identification terminal IP, check whether it is good or not.
Q: Running Identification server hint:” please go into employee matching management to match employee info for this Identification server.
A: (1) There is no registered employee with this system;
(2) Never match area for Identification server;
(3) Never match employee group to the area which belong to this Identification server;
(4)Never match employee for the group which belong to the area in Identification server.
Q: Couldn’t register and identify fingerprint.
A: (1) Check whether or not install uru4000 driver, please reinstall driver.
(2) register Biokey.ocx, copy biokey.ocx of files to system32.regesiter on the start:regsvr32bookey.ocx.If there is a hint “ succeeded”, it will be ok.
Q: When I register 2 fingers, why only identified 1finger
A: (1) System default the first registered finger, if need to choose finger to load, please go int” server employee matching management.”, choose employee group which belong to this Identification server area, then go into “employee group” interface, click right key on the right list to choose” change finger”, you can change to load finger; use finger normally; backup finger; use normally+backup finger (it is to load whole finger).
(2)Check whether or not other finger register successfully, register finger again.
(3)Change good quality finger to register.
Q: Running Identification server hint: Open database error, please setup database Ado link
A: Indicate former setup database connect wrong, please check whether or not former connecting database right, then reset database.
